Risk Clarity is led by Paul Cowie, a security and intelligence professional with a Bachelor of Global Security, specialising in terrorism and counter-terrorism studies. Paul’s experience spans laboratory analysis, operational risk management, and emergency response.
This combination of academic knowledge and practical experience shapes a meticulous, evidence-based approach to understanding threats and evaluating risk.
